Step 1

The process will take no more than 10 minutes. You start by creating a free account and complete the registration fields, which enable us to identify a bit more about you.

Step 2

Then you will be asked a series of questions across different HR disciplines from Analytics & Data through to Stakeholder Management. These questions align your knowledge with industry best practice to identify your strengths and weaknesses.

Step 3

Finally, you will see your results in the form of a spider chart and written analysis. We then provide you with suggested content aimed at supporting you address your knowledge gaps.
