David looks ahead to what’s in store at the Wharton People Analytics Conference, which takes place in Philadelphia this week, as well as reflecting on Adam Grant’s closing remarks from last year’s conference. Grant outlined three challenges for the people analytics community to think about: (i) bringing your data to life to challenge intuition, (ii) researching the importance of sequencing, and (iii) studying the effect of our behaviour on others.
